President’s Message
2018 is a Big Election year
starting right here in your own
neighborhood!
arbor Beach Property Homeowners Association and Harbor Beach Security aka HBI
HBoard of Directors Elections were held at their Annual Meetings on January 10, 2018.
HBPHOA wants to extend a warm welcome aboard to newly elected Board members
Kimberly Foltice and Steve Tsingas and we look forward to working with you in the future.
We also would like to thank outgoing Board members Becky Schuberth and Meredith
Bruder for their longstanding dedication and service to our community. Becky was the
friendly face that greeted you at the check-in table, routinely welcomed the Board to
meet in her home and was invaluable in her years of proof-reading newsletters, memos
and announcements to keep us on the straight and narrow. We will miss her down-to-

earth point of view and practical solutions. We are very sad to not only lose Meredith
as a Board member but to also lose her to Delray where she is relocating. Meredith's
Harbor Beach Property
Homeowners Association, Inc. refreshingly honest and insightful outlook brought clarity to sometimes muddy waters
1322 SE 17th Street and her passion and dedication for the welfare of all of Broward County's canines and
Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316
felines will be sorely missed. We wish her well in her new neighborhood. They are very
lucky indeed!
BOARD OF DIRECTORS Harbor Beach Surf Club's Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Elections were held
on January 27, 2018 at the Club's pavilion. Committed Club Members braved a quite
Ann Cadwalader blustery and damp morning to attend. Congratulations to the new and returning HBSC

Kimberly Foltice
.LPEHUO\)#KDUERUEHDFK RUJ The HBPHOA feels Fort Lauderdale's upcoming March 13, 2018 Election is one of the
most important to occur in possibly decades for the future of our city. We felt so
Pat Riley

2018 at the CHURCH BY THE SEA that included all six of the candidates seeking the
Annette Ross office of Mayor and District 4 City Commission that are to represent you here in Harbor

954-401-2007 c Beach and Harbour Inlet as well. The 17th Street Causeway bridge had other plans in

traffic jam for hours forcing us to cancel the event at the last minute.
