unding Arts Broward (FAB!) recently announced 25
grants which it will be awarding in 2015 to a diverse

representation of arts and cultural organizations in the
county. The awards, totaling $195,300, were presented at
FAB!’s annual event at the Tower Club.

“We are proud to be able to make this ongoing monetary
commitment to help maintain a wide variety of arts in
Broward County,” said Elaine Blattner, recently elected FAB!
President. Since 2003, FAB! has awarded more than two
million dollars to more than 30 area arts organizations.

“Our mission is to enrich Broward County’s arts community
by funding high quality, Broward-based visual and
performing art programming,” she explained. “Since all of
our activities are coordinated by volunteers who share a
common belief that art and culture transcend individual
differences in our society, they make an annual donation
which helps support our common goals.”
